Recruitment Announcement for Teaching and Research Faculty International Business School, Shaanxi Normal University (2026)
I. Recruitment Plan
According to the Opinions on Staff Recruitment and Supplementation for 2026 issued by Shaanxi Normal University, our school plans to recruit (supplement) one faculty member with senior academic rank and four faculty members through regular recruitment in 2026.

II. Recruitment Requirements
(A) Faculty with Senior Professional Titles
1.Candidates should generally be high-level scholars who have achieved outstanding innovations, demonstrated excellence in education and teaching, and possess significant academic or social influence.
2.Candidates with associate senior professional titles should generally be no more than 40 years of age; those with full senior professional titles should generally be no more than 45 years of age. Age requirements may be appropriately relaxed for exceptionally outstanding candidates.
(B) Regular Faculty Recruitment
1.Candidates should generally hold a graduate degree and a doctoral degree.
2.Regular faculty recruits should generally be no more than 38 years of age. Age requirements may be appropriately relaxed for exceptionally outstanding candidates.
3.Candidates must demonstrate strong international communication skills. Those whose primary field is not foreign language should be proficient in using a foreign language to read and write academic papers and deliver academic presentations.
4. Candidates must be competent in teaching core courses within the discipline. Their academic achievements should exceed the average level of peers in economics and management disciplines, and they should demonstrate strong potential for academic development.
5.Preference will be given to candidates with backgrounds in Artificial Intelligence + Discipline specializations.
III. Recruitment Procedure

The recruitment procedure shall follow the principles of "openness, fairness, impartiality, competition, and merit-based selection" in accordance with the relevant regulations of the state on the recruitment of staff in public institutions. The recruitment procedures for various categories of personnel are detailed in Appendix 1.
IV. Employment Method
Teaching and research faculty members with senior professional titles shall be employed under the regular establishment (Bianzhi) system. Regular teaching and research faculty recruits shall be employed under a probationary appointment system and shall be assessed and managed in accordance with the relevant regulations of the university.
V. Additional Notes
The validity period of the 2026 personnel recruitment plan expires on December 31, 2026. Teaching and research faculty shall complete the relevant onboarding procedures within one year from the date of approval by the university, as stipulated. The university will process onboarding for newly recruited regular faculty in centralized batches, which are scheduled for July–September and December–February each year.
