To better help students tackle job-hunting challenges, clarify the spring recruitment timeline, and improve their basic skills in resume optimization, interview advancement and information filtering, the second phase of the "Career Awaits You" Professional Empowerment Program was successfully held at the Red Candle Home on Chang'an Campus on the morning of March 11.The program was hosted by the Party Committee Student Affairs Department (Armed Forces Department, Student Affairs Office), the Admissions and Employment Office, and the International Business School, and organized by the "Sailing" Career Planning Studio.

This event specially invited Liu Yuan, Channel Director of Zhaopin Northwest Region, to serve as the keynote speaker. Ms. Liu has long been engaged in campus recruitment services, deeply participated in the implementation of campus recruitment for many large enterprises nationwide, and provided professional consultation for campus recruitment projects of numerous well-known enterprises and public institutions. Meanwhile, she has established long-term and stable cooperative relations with many key universities and provided professional services such as resume guidance for various large-scale job fairs.

At the event, Ms. Liu delivered a lecture entitled From Resume to Offer: Campus Recruitment Resume Optimization & Practical Interview Pass Guide. Starting from three aspects: resumes, application channels and interviews, she elaborated in detail on the basic structure, writing methods, common mistakes and optimization strategies of resumes, common information collection channels, screening methods and application approaches, as well as the basic forms and preparation work of interviews. The students listened carefully, reflected and revised in a timely manner, and benefited a lot.

During the interactive session, the students actively communicated and discussed with the instructor with their resumes. The main questions focused on industry selection, job search preparation, career planning and other aspects. Teacher Liu Yuan provided one-on-one on-site answers and guidance. Finally, Teacher Liu Yuan encouraged the students to make more attempts and practice more, accumulate experience and build confidence in practice, and find their own suitable direction.

The "Career Awaits You" Professional Empowerment Program is an important practice that precisely caters to students' career planning and employment guidance.
